Returns and Refunds
If you purchased a physical GPS tracker directly from our website, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- You must contact our support team at support@two-twenty.io to obtain a Return Authorization before sending the item back.
- Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective upon receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding shipping and handling fees.
